From there, each block is crafted using advanced 5-axis CNC bridge saws and precision waterjet cutting. All machining processes are performed in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure dimensional stability and repeatable accuracy throughout production.

After machining, every piece undergoes extensive hand lapping by skilled technicians. Through a meticulous process of spotting and refinement, each surface is brought to exceptional flatness and perfect 90° squareness. Critical features such as weight-relief holes are added without compromising integrity, followed by final lapping and detailed inspection using advanced metrology equipment.

Each stone is individually stamped and serialized, ensuring full traceability of the manufacturing process and documented accuracy.
